Through the expansion of the company’s activity in real estate investment and contracting projects, to achieve targeted investment returns by reducing project costs in general, in which building materials are a major cost factor. The company has established building materials factories and entered into partnerships with foreign production companies that have experience in manufacturing building materials so that the main purpose of these factories is to provide the company’s projects with the necessary building materials, in addition to contributing to providing the Libyan market with building materials manufactured locally and with the same international specifications.
